Mr "Parko" Parkinson alias Bradshaw is know to have taken 3 depoits from customers for promised concrete. He' fronted court on several occasions, some under different names by whioh he calls himself. He claims he's bankrupt and shows no remorse for ripping people off time and time again. First International Debt Collection are after him.
