Hydroxatone, LLC Beware of hidden charges Internet
This company advertises in a very deceptive way for their products. They offer what appears to be a free sample but neglect to inform you that the product is sent to you on a trial basis and must be sent back in less than 30 days or they will charge you $69 per jar for the 2 that they send you on a trial basis.
The $69 charge is not mentioned on their web site or in the telephone conversations when ordering the "free" sample.
They also sign you up for an automatic product shipping program where they charge your credit card every month without your express consent. We found out about this when we noticed the charges on our credit card. they are not willing to back away from their charges or make concessions to make the account right.
These people need to be put out of business.
