When is time to say enough , consumer in America have a low expectations when buying products or services. on June I buy a car from Hyundai. at the time of the buy my first question was if the car is defective or have a problem what Hyundai will do the person that was helping me say will fix it. Hyundai have the highest customer service in America and show me all kinds of awards in the wall, so I was sold by that and at that time was a good customer experience. only one day after I drive my car I feel that the car was losing power and dome time will vibrate real bad for three time. I bring the car to the dealer they could not find noting wrong with the car. frustrated I ask the service manager to test drive the car with me to see what I was talking about. after we got in the car he say that he was going to do more investigation on that telling me that the car according to Hyundai was on specifications because it dint show any code in there machine but the problem was still there. when I ask to fix it he give me a story say that Hyundai was aware of the problem and that the software that they have in the car dint say to the computer when to change from 3 to 4 and that Hyundai need to come whit an update.

That update never came I talk to the real Hyundai and they say they could not do any thing for me and that the car had a 100k miles of warranty and not to worry if some thing happen to the car was cover. what do you know at that time I start looking for some options the next step was to talk to the district manager who give me one car payment and say that the fix was on the way. month later I was at the same point were I start talk to the general manager and express my problem same respond noting they could do then I start the lemon law presiding with the BBB at that time I say o no this is not going to work for you that don't know the BBB is a institution that help the consumer with problems. That's only in paper because in reality they will send a respond to the business but the business have the last word on.

To make it short I when to a panel that was set up by the BBB even they had all the documentation and I explain the problem they believe the representative from Hyundai and don't thing that he was prepare for that he star explaining how to drive de car that I could put the car in 3 to avoid the car to go to 4 and that was explain in the manual when I refer to the manual it say that 3 is use to tow or to motor break and to use D to drive in normal condition that was not enough for the panel to know that he was not prepare and that he was trying to confuse and they still plea in Hyundai favor the only thing that I learn form this is that you are by your self and you need to defend what you believe any one knows that in this time the only thing that big corporations wan is to sale as much they can and don't care about customer service I believe that you as a consumer have the power and any business need to earn your business for the same reason I ask you not to buy any Hyundai they will give you a stop roads every time after they sale you a car.

They say is the best warranty well if you wan a car only for 10 years an hoping that you don't travel a lot and don't spend the 100 k before that go a head but if you value your money I will say not to buy them and let them close there doors America don't need them

We are smarter than that let are rights stand don't let business like this abuse you and lie to you.

this is the lates update the car now have a coolant leak and I took the car to service they change the brakets and give the car back to mthis is the latest update the car now have a coolant leak and I took the car to service they change the brackets and give the car back to me, no even the same week, and I notice that the leak still there I bring the car back this time they had the car for two days and they have not fix the car I have call Hyundai corporation on this they are only two dealers in North west Arkansas the owner is the same one his name is Kent Dobbs never buy from him after the sale you are on your own. And there service department obviously don't know any thing about fixing what they sale e , no even the same week, and I notice that the leak still there I bring the car back this time they had the car for two days and they have not fix the car
