On October28, 2008 I purchase with my credit card for 29.99 I Am Big Brother download software which never downloaded. I have sent several emails to support with no response. But, the charge is on my credit card. There is only this disconnected phone no. for Newman and Associates in Savannah, GA. I have been ripped-off. Thank you Big Brother I have disputed the charge to my credit card.
