IGK Enterprises - IGK Design Group took money wont complete work, breaks promises, Lies, Im not the only one, Hollywood Florida
I have been dealing with IGK for more than a year now. My project was only going to be 3 to 4 months. The first several weeks went okay, this is the time when I gave IGK most of my money. But two months in, the work came to a stand still. Since then I have had to call everyday to get work done. The last six months ,Greg the owner , might send one worker out every couple weeks for a few hours. At this time IKG has over 90% of my money and I only have 50% of the work done. Greg , the owner has told me that he has spent my money on other projects and its all gone. He now wants more money before he continues on my project. At times Greg has become extremely rude to the point of name calling and insulting me. He acts like he is doing me a favor any time someone comes out. Greg has also made many promises that never come thru. I have made every effort to get IGK to complete this project. I have even gone as far as to purchase building materials myself in an effort to keep the project moving on. But it seems these are just more stalling tactics to buy IGK more time and another way for them to get money out of me. The construction employees of IGK are good people. The two project managers I have had appeared to be on top of the job. Neither of them is employed by IGK now. Greg says he is now the project manager but refuses to come out to the job site. He tells me he can run the job from his office and he knows what needs to be done. I feel like I have been the acting project manager for the last six months, doing what I have paid him for. After dealing with this for longer than I should have, I need to move on to get my home finished. I just don't want anybody else to go through what my family has been dealing with for for the last eight months. DO NOT USE IGK Design Group.

Greg Kohn now operates as Tri County COntracting and has not learned his lessons from previous law suits. I have been taken advantage of from this poor business person. Anyone who wishes to help prevent this from happening to others, please contact me. He stole money as well as items from my condo. THe police are investigating him as well as the construction officials and possibly the DA. My contact email is mike at audio cafe dot biz.
