On Dec 7th I placed order #1573 with Ignition Nirvana for R/C power construction vehicles bundle for $139.95 for a Christmas present for my grandson. I never received an email with tracking number so I tried to call the company a few days later on Dec. 13. The phone line is busy 24/7 so I emailed their support address on Dec 13, 2018.

Sara at Ignition Nirvana finally emailed me on Dec 23 and gave me a tracking number. According to the tracking number my package was delivered at front door on Dec 22 to an address in Pawleys Island, SC 29585. I live in MS and I have a PO Box number.

I emailed Sara and told her she had sent me the wrong tracking number. She said no that’s the right tracking number and I should check with post office that it’s a post office mistake. This package was never on the way to MS. When you track it you can see that the destination was SC.

This was either a bogus tracking number the company gave me or the package they shipped had the wrong shipping label. Either way the company should make this good. I am out $139.95 and no Christmas present for my grandson. How is this my fault?

Here it is on January 2nd and Sara is still telling me not their fault and too bad that I didn’t receive my package. Ignition Nirvana website has your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed but this clearly isn’t true when they don’t take responsibility for their mailing mistake. The company phone is still not working.
