When you repeatedly ripoff employees as well as customers, the TRUTH that you are a crook and conman will be revealed and shared online to warn the public! It is not defamation when the complaints about you are TRUE! And the multiple lawsuits in just these 2 years 2015 and 2016 alone should give pause to anyone wanting to work or do business with you! Ilan Shimon is the walking Hoax to anyone thinking he is a man of integrity!

MIAMI – A former sales associate alleges an athlete apparel retailer in based in Hallandale did not pay him overtime.
Clarence Curry filed a complaint on behalf of others similarly situated on Oct. 8, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against NNS Trading Inc., doing business as Simon's Sportswear; Dani Shimon; and Ilan Shimon alleging violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he worked for more than 40 hours without being paid any overtime compensation from July 2014 to December 2015. The plaintiff holds NNS Trading Inc., Dani Shimon and Ilan Shimon responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay overtime premiums at a rate of time-and-one-half to plaintiff for working more than 40 hours per week.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks payment of all overtime wages, liquidated damages, all legal fees and interest plus any other relief the court deems just. He is represented by Keith M. Stern and Hazel Solis Rojas of Law Office of Keith M. Stern PA in Miami.

I am not even sure what the purpose of this report is. Some of these businesses I do own, but is that a scam to own a chain of businesses in South Florida?
This report is a complete hoax and needs to be taken down. There is no solid proof of anything here.
We will be forwarding this over to our attorneys as well. This is defamation and completely fraudulent.
