ILD Telecommunications consumer rip-off fraud Ponte Vedra Beach Florida
I received my regular phone bill in December and was surpried when I found some charges from a company called ILD. I called them and the lady I talked to said that I had given them permission to take over my long distance service. I told her I had not been contacted by anyone and that I didn't give my permission,because the calls I was charged for were all local number from my phone.
I asked her why would I pay for something I was already getting fee? She was nice enough to give me credit. The next bill I got in January I had charges on it again from them for $46.76. I called again and this lady was very rude and told me I would pay for them. I paid my phone bill and deducted the $46.76 from it.
Then Febuary bill came and the charges were still on there plus $5.52 late charges. I paid this bill and deducted the $52.28 from it.,then I emailed them and told them I was not paying for it and if they continued charging me I would see a lawyer.
