Illinois Mortgage Corporation Aka Wedoloans poorly organized, deceptive practices raising interest rates just before closing tricked and lied to us Arlington Heights Illinois
Was told that I was guaranteed the lowest rate possible. Then as a result of a "computer error" and bad numbers sent to a lender-- who found the mistake, Illinois Mortgage corporation told me about 4 days before my closing my interest rate was going to be much higher than originally preapproved for. I was stuck I needed a mortgage and they had me and they knew it so i became very upset on the phone with them, only to find out they raised the rate again to "shut me up". The manager didnt care it appeared he was most likely behind the scamming and also couldnt explain any control procedures to avoid these types of alleged mistakes.
