Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
My 19 year old son is bright, enthusiastic and back for the summer from completing his Freshman year at college in CA. He is hungry to work and it shows. I told him to look at this as a learning experience, one that will teach him the valuable lesson of not believing everything you hear. If it sounds too good to be true, it is usually the case!!

He found this job opportunity on the web and applied on-line. He received a very quick reply and scheduled the interview. When he came home from his 10 minute interview, and they called him within 3 hours telling him to come back in for a second interview the next day, his hopes, like anyone elses was high in that he'd receive an offer.

When I questioned him about the job position/description and the hourly salary rate he couldn't clearly explain it to me. That is when I got suspicious. He was told he would make 100 dollars a day and the sky was the limit and he could grow quickly into a managers position and make over 100K dollars. Now I know something is "not right"!!

When he came home from spending nearly 10 hours with a "Lead" (some guy who works for this scam) driving around MA in his car while he smoked all day in it, approaching people on the street, sidewalks, parking lots of local businesses to convince them to buy their so called "products" out of the trunk of the car!! I was horrified!!! and he still wasn't clear as to "how" he would be paid for peddling this trash, (childrens books, childrens computers and backpacks and coolers) and they wanted him to come back today as he was "hired" after his UNPAID day of "observation".

Lets be real folks, "real" jobs will pay for your orientation time!!!! This David Levin is a fast talking con-man, who brainwashes potential employees and paints an unrealistic picture of what this so called companies objectives are.

Thank GOD we searched this joke of a company and realized this is nothing but a SCAM capitalizing on the good intentions of young, eager and hungry individuals who want to make a good days pay. Not to mention safety issues for these individuals driving around in strange towns approaching complete strangers!!!

My son did NOT report to work today and is happily playing in a golf tournament in NH and starts a "real" job Monday. He did however learn a very valuable lesson...and won't ever be scammed again!!! And no surprise, the company didn't even call !!!

I have been searching for a job in my field (marketing/advertising/PR) and saw a listing with Image Imports that sounded FANTASTIC. It said they had just added a bunch of NBA/NFL teams to their clientele and were looking to expand and needed more people, etc. I applied on a whim, figuring I wasn't going to get the job because I am looking for PT work because of school and this said FT. This past Monday a woman from Image Imports called and said she would like to schedule an interview for this coming Thursday (tomorrow) at 1pm. I was ecstatic and and agreed immediately. She said she would send me a confirmation e-mail with all the info I needed, including directions. I went out and spent a decent amount of money on an interview outfit and have been EXCITED and telling everyone about this opportunity. Today is Wednesday and it is 4:03 PM EST and I still haven't gotten the e-mail. I just stumbled on this website when I was looking for information about the company and I only wish that I had found it sooner. Obviously, I'm not going to the interview tomorrow. To make it worse, I was just on hotjobs.com (where I found the listing in the first place) and the listing is no longer available, possibly because the position has already been filled. Awesome. I'm glad I found this site... I guess I got a first hand lesson in "if it sounds too be good to be true, it probably is"!
