First of all, after reading a few of the posts on Image Imports I noticed something. I was told the nashua office was brand new but I saw some complaints with that same office from over 2 yeears ago! That ticks me off. Right when I walked into the "receptiopnist office" (if you could even call it that!) I thought it was trashy. Small, dirty, old carpeting...this from a company that is supposed to be working with some of the biggest Fortune 500 companies! I DO NOT THINK SO!

I went in for the interview, same as everyone and told I was chosen as one of the 5 people out of 27 to come back for the 2nd "interview." And I did, God help me. All the 2nd "interview" was was these 2 guys taking me around and selling crap stuff to "businesses." What business would need to by remote control cars and huge flashlights??? They even tried to sell the products to a woman drying her clothes in her laundromat, which I'm pretty sure is illegal since they don't have peddlers licenses!

The main guy showing me "the ropes" was a smoker and would smoke right in front of the business we were about to enter and make comments under his breath and make faces while difficuly "customers" weren't looking! They lug the stuff in their dirty cars and don't even mention the brand that the product is! If they are marketing products, why not mention the brand of the product???Hello!

From what I know about marketing you aren't supposed to haggle prices and charge other people more than the person down the street. If you are trying to market products you shouldn't have a need to charge more or lie to people saying that the lady downstairs "just picked up 2 cases of these" when she didn't even buy anything! LIARS! They have no business cards or company letterhead and their receipt books (when they actually offer a receipt!) is just a regular one you could buy in the supermarket.

They aren't professional and when I called the manager in Nashua a few hours after accepting the job to tell him I had reconsidered he tried to get me into the office at 8AM the next morning to talk about it. I told him I wasn't trying to mis-lead him and that that wasn't my intention he told me that he did feel like I mis-led him and that I not only wasteed his time but the time of the guys who took me out to show me the ropes! WHATEVER! I would definitely like to know how I wasted those guy's time! If anything, I helped them! The guy who was suppoesed to show me around was sleeping most of the way back to the office anyways! Like I should feel bad? I DO NOT think so!

While in mid-sentence, while telling him again I was sorry to waste his time and mine he hung up on me! I was (& still am) livid about how unprofessional and rude he was. What he did was rude and disrespectful and he is a great example of what a bad "company" Image Imports really is. They lie, cheat and are extremely unprofessional in all aspects, with "customers" as well as employees.

I agree with you 100%, I would also like to mention that it is mega sketchy that you, Amanda, being a girl was put into a car with TWO MALE Strangers. Yeah that is just sketchy in itself, if this company actually cared about their "image" and or "reputation" they would not have put you in that situtation, having a brand new "employee" of the female sex driving around in a car with two male "employees" that she has just met is just sketchy (I am sorry but I can think of no other word to describe that).
