I would never recommend anyone to Impact Lighting. They have been a terrible experience for me and my family. From the overpricing which we did pay, to the quality of the product that was produced, it was not pleasant. We dealt with Paul, Carl, Laura, Avaya, and the rest of the crew. They have so many jobs going on that they made promises that they could not see to. If you have got any work done in the past or plan to do any work with them, I would like you to take a SECOND LOOK at their work once its installed and you will see and understand what I mean. From scratches to items not being level and much more, it was terrible!
If you go to their website, or deal with the designer, her name is AVAYA - AVIYA and she is bad at making you, the customer happy and never returns phone calls. When you sit down with the designer and she draws out your lighting, make sure you keep that drawing so that once your product is finished, you can compare what was promised and what was produced. They also tend to charge you pricing which they charge the larger businesses and companies, but they forget that youre a homeowner and give you ridiculous prices. Its custom work, understandable, but I have heard them tell me that "scratches are unavoidable and some things are just hard to avoid such as small unlevel areas".
If you deal with Paul who is the owner, he also lacks to return phone calls. Notice that below on the other ratings, there is a person who has left a rating by the name of AVIYA?? Thats funny, but at the same time on a serious note, they do not innocently cut corners, they DO IT ON PURPOSE. In every way, including material and quality, even LEDS. I PAID THEM FULLY but had the worst experience in the world. They took so long to complete the job and kept pushing back the promised dates that they would finish. You will also find that. I just know now to use them again.
When you first sit down with them, and they show you the work that they have done, you will be impressed, but once you get the finished product and youve given 50% of the deposit, you probably will not use them ever again. Like I said, look out for scratches, cheap quality, lack of answering or returning calls, high pricing, and watch out for promises which are made but are not returned.
I have already paid them fully, more than $30,000 to date as I kept my part of the agreement. Next time I will use another company as I found out I could of got the job done faster and quicker but with much more quality at a lower price. Search and there are many companies in Orlando which can provide you with lighting, even in the surrounding cities besides Orlando.

I would like to retract my earlier statements about Impact Lighting/and or the whole organization.
All it took was some communication and patients from my end - All the staff was helpful in resolving our issues and they actually went out of their way and made sure we were 100% satisfied in the end. The work was taken care of instantly and they made sure we were satisfied in the end!
I would refer them to any individual or business. They produce great work and offer lighting solutions that nobody in the whole entire state of FL offers. They are very efficient and come up with the great ideas.
Thanks to the whole team at Impact Lighting!!!

In response to the VP of Marketing, Mr. Eran B., We were not contacted back for about a month and a half and then I myself had to get on the phone and call your representative to find out what was going on. More like, we were waiting for some sort of communication from you guys, after we were told that your machine had broke and once it was back and running, we would be the first ones to get our job finished which was not the case.

First of all, please use your real name and stop hiding behind a false made up one,Vishal.
We tried our best to accommodate you. Last communication we were waiting for your confirmation on which panels we were supposed to be replaced. However, Aviya did not here anything back.
As for the quality of work or craftsmanship please take pictures to show everyone what was fabricated and installed for you for the price that you have paid. I am confident that you received a fantastic price and you and your family were, as I recalled, satisfied with the results with exception of the panels that we promised to re fabricate and install without any additional cost.
