We contacted Impressive Shihtzu puppies to purchase a puppy named Rose, we were instructed to send the payment thru Western Union $500, then we contacted by the shipping company Multh movers for a additional $400 . Shipment was confirmed thru email but after a couple of days with no puppy we filled a police report.
