Complaint Review: Impure Industries - Shain West - Internet

So I guess the threat of suing me for "slander" was nothing more than a scare tactic. I have recieved nothing from Shain West or Impure Industries. Not my order, not my money, and not even their law suit. They can't even follow through with that! Impure Industries and Shain West ripped me off $625. They lied to me, they ignored me, they used "scare tactics" to avoid me, they are liars and fakes! Shain won't even come back on here to reply. They changed their phone number and have blocked me on their myspace site. This company is a joke!

Last time we spoke Shain had given me the same line about "half my order" being shipped and signed for. If in fact half of it was sent why was it only half? I never recieved that package nor did anyone in my shipping and recieving department. I asked Shain if he indeed ship it to provide me with a shipping tracking number. He never did. Three weeks later he never did. So if in fact Shain West and Impure Industries ever did ship my order. Please Shain, enlighten us with a tracking number. Prove me wrong. Show everyone just how much of a stand-up guy you are as you claim. I did write that piece of how you do business because it in fact is how you do business. Everytime I ever sent you all e-mail, I had people come and post one of your banners that said "Impure Says F*UCK ALL HATERS!" Every single time!!!!!!! Sent someone by your place to harrass you???? Are you kidding??? Number one, I don't have an address for you. After I sent you the payment I misplaced your address and haven't been able to find one for your business. If I had it I would have posted it here. Number two, I'm in Texas. I don't even know anyone in California! Much less someone to "harrass you and your employees." And taking me to court for slandering? Let's see, you rip me off $625, and because I let other know about you decide to sue me? Come on Shain. ok here is what Freddy forgot to bring to you attn he had part of his package sent out to him and some one at the address what he provided us someone with his name signed for the package and he says he did get it! well than who signed for it than if i can ask you and when we talked on the phone i told him that and he still says that he never got it! But he likes to go around talking bad upon our company when we are a company what has been around for some time now and talks bad to me and to my riders and my workers and having people i don't even know come by and harass me and my workers when he has nothing to say besides bad when we have NOTHING BUT LOVE AND RESPECT BY SO MANY PEOPLE WHO BUY OUR CLOTHING LINE FROM THE STORES WE ARE IN TO THE PEOPLE WHO BUY OUR CLOTHES!!! when i told i have been in the hospital with my mom i have taking care of her she is in stage three cancer and if he can not understand that i don't know what to tell him. Because im a family man and my family is my number one! So this why im here is to let everyone know that he got his package and he still wants to go around slandering us well i have already told him that i will see him in court for slandering us here is what he like to do on the myspace by leavening this on peoples comments and placing bulletins This is how Impure Industries does business. SWMS: "Hey it's been two months since I placed my order. Where is it?" Impure: "F**K HATERS!" SWMS: "Hey, no one is answering the phone at your place and it's been three months since I placed my order. What's going on?" Impure: "F**K HATERS!" SWMS: "Hey guys, it's been four months since I placed my order. Am I ever gonna get my stuff?" Impure: "F**K HATERS!" SWMS: "I filed a report with ripoff.com. Just send me my stuff and I'll take it down." Impure: "F**K HATERS!" Some f**king company huh? They're a bunch of fakes and con artists!!! If you ask me they are the ones giving the riding community a bad name. I say they are the f**king haters! Look for my next bulletin to see what they reply to this....... Been 3 weeks since I was contacted by Shain and he agreed to settle our deal. He has not called me back, he has not sent me anything. He is a liar, his company is a fake and a rip off!!!! BEWARE!!!!!

I was contacted by Shain today and he explained to me the situation they were having to deal with. We agreed to try and resolve this matter. Once my order has been delivered I will withdraw my complaint.
