I also subscribed to this service, but later struggled to find my account. One possible explanation: A significant amount of time elapse between my initial and subsequent visit so I referred back to the email confirmation to help locate the site. The email payment confirmation refers to IN2Video.net; however, that is not the address of the actual site. I was able, after several months, to locate my account intact at Iwatchfilm.

After doing a little more searching, I found another website that looked very familiar. I tried my login information and voila, I found the proper site, with my money still intact. The site I found is: mvlib.com It would make sense to me to have the in2video company make a real effort to let people know that they are NOT the right site, but to send a link for the proper one. It would save frustration and time on our part and forego situations like this.

I looked at the debit card info from my bank and they list this payment originating from London.
