When a puppy is received by Indogneato it is up for sale, but can not go home till it sees a veterinarian and there is a time limit in which they are able to go home. The dogs go very quickly and most of the time spends little time in the store. Indogneato has received and known they have gotten death dogs and in this instance it is let know to the customer that the dog is death. Somehow with this dog it was not detected. If the dog was returned and the customer was refunded at no point would the dog have been considered to be euthanized. The dog would have been checked again by a vet. and if he/she was healthy would be put back up for sale. If the dog was older and they thought it might be hard to sell, the price would have been dramatically lowered ($399-$599) and the new customer would be notified about the condition. If at this point a customer who was interested in the dog thought the price was still to steep a negotiating process would begin until the customer was happy and a price was fair. Indogneato is a very good company to buy from, they care and love very much for the dogs. Dogs do not get sent back to breeders everything is done to make sure the dog gets a good home no matter what the circumstance.
