Proforma Invoice
They appear as a larger legitimate business. You are looking to purchase electronic components and find a reasonable price on your parts. After a quote request, they send a proforma Invoice and tell you shipments will be made withing 48 hours. After Payment you hear nothing for two weeks, at which point they tell you that your parts were damaged and expect to ship in another two weeks. Eventually they ghost you and do not respond to emails. Total Ripoff.
