Before you spend money on gas to see these people for a job. Find out their corporate offices, because you'll be surprised the receptionist HR person is at another 707 area code, while one guy will interview you at a separate location. They have different co. names scattered all over the county and offices are rented rooms with no photos on the walls. It looks like you're used to do event marketing of their products at Costco and different stores sayhing it's hourly and commission. But the part that confuses is that they will only hire you after you've put in your time giving them 2-3 days of free work and training. Companie should hire first then train. They can use you to market their products that they probably get big money from the co's. Then they decide not to hire and you've wasted days and hours of work for them for free. There is no legitimate home office for these people. Only cell and an empty room with no photos on the wall, no equipment but one guy and a laptop. He says within a year you'll make $100,000.00. They have several co. names setup all over the place doing the same thing. Just work with caution and be sure you get paid and not used to work for free. After careful review of the company decided not to work with them.

I've been with Inner Circle Marketing Inc. for a while now and this company is a team oriented professional organization. The Owner is professional down to earth and business minded. The Innercircle team is dedicated to bring the best out of each and every employee. We beleive in success, hard work and determination. Our goal is to have growth and longevity. Dear Sir or Ma'am,
On behalf of the management team at Inner Circle Marketing we would like to extend our deepest apologies for any inconvenience we may have caused you. We understand that your time is very valuable and we do not wish to waste it.
Due to the fact that we must hold very high standards for our clients, we have a fairly extensive interview process. The interview never takes more than an hour and a half and at the beginning of each 2nd round interview we have our candidates read and sign an acknowledgement stating they understand the process. We are very sorry there was a miscommunication when you were interviewed, and we will do our best to be clearer moving forward. All training classes are paid for, so if you attended a class we would be more than happy to reimburse you for your time.
The location of our corporate office is located in Northern California, but the location you applied for is one of our branches in Palm Desert. Although there are many companies across the nation that are similar to ours, we are currently only in these two locations. I am unaware of the procedures other companies practice, but at Inner Circle we do our very best to provide the best work experience possible.
Lastly, we are very sorry that you do not approve of our office décor. During the time of your interview we were initially expanding into the Palm Desert area and had not quite set up the office. Since then we have brought in an interior designer to decorate the office and create the most positive and exciting work environment possible.
