Insight About the fake review from traveling salesman wallingford Connecticut
After getting a visit from insight pest control ( which I never signed or gave a credit card ) Because I don't pay until visit and work done and I signed NO CONTRACT before hand, ok I read some reviews and to traveling salesman's review you didn't read that review correctly you made statements that were not in the ladies review and you work for that company so your review is fraudulent not her's ..... I had the same visit but I do things differently I owned a restaurant for 20 years and I recognized this sales technique from another vacuum company that goes around and drops off a handful of people in this same manner !! Along with magazine company all the same techniques!! So I called the kid 30 min after he left and after looked everything over on the DVD he left me oh and the BUSINESS CARD THAT HE REQUESTED I GIVE BACK TO HIM WHEN HE RETURNED lol that was 2nd red flag who does that ?? I don't blame the people who go door to door but I do blame the company for doing things this way , also the review from a former employee was left about the companies practices stating similar practices and how they were told what to do and employees were not given cancellation procedures to give costumers another red flag! calling and and not able to cancel another red flag ! Also the statement of cancellation fee your a pest control not a phone you use daily if you don't come and no services there should be no fee since you do nothing at that home , Yes always read the agreement before signing and giving a credit card or bank card , always do your research first! I won't deface the company cause I caught and recognized everything within 30 min of them leaving and looking them up .. I hope they change how they do business and how they treat and how they make the sales people door to door .
