Inspired Enterprises, Inc. Ricky Reyes Contractor sues customer for "Extras" that were to be included in home build price. College Place, Washington
I contracted with Ricky Reyes (dba: Inspired Enterprises) to build our home. Our budget included the maximum we would pay for each phase of the build. The build took over 9 monthes and through out the entire build we were told by Ricky Reyes that we were in budget. Then 4 monthes after we moved in our new home and paid what the contractor lable "final invoice", Ricky Reyes gave us a bill labled "extras" and wanted over $47,000 more. We had already moved into the new house, we never received any "change work orders", never received any communication what so ever that we would owe more than what we agreed to. Since we moved into our house we could not get Inspired Enterprise, Inc. to fix any of the items that they did not finish properly or construct properly. We had to hire other contractors to fix some of the problems and have receits to prove it.
Inspired Enterprises, Inc. filed a false lien on our home and we had it removed, then right before the statue of limitations expired, Inspired Enterprised, Inc. filed a civil suit against me in Walla Walla District Court. They presented receits in court that they wouldn't show me previous to going to court and most of the receits were in another contractor's name and many of the receits had nothing to do with our build. The amount that Inpired Enterprise, Inc. has asked us to pay for what they term "extras" has changed many times since this started. They are most certainly a "Rip Off" company.
