Instantly Vivid Skincare No Returns or Refunds Greensboro North Carolina
I ordered this product as a trial and paid for the shipping only. I didn't realize it was an automatic shipment every month till I received another order. I called customer service to cancel and return the shipment I just received. When I told the rep I wanted to cancel, she proceeded to offer me 50% off, then when I told her "no," she offered 75% off. I told her to just cancel my subscription and be done. I asked her how can I return this shipment and she said "you can't."
So I asked her how much was my card charged and she said $89.97 and $88.79. I told her that's a ripoff. There are not prices on the website. I guess if they showed those no one would buy the product. All I want to do is return these products and get my money back.
