Attempted to cancel orders within required timeframe but was charged anyway. Requested refund. Called for status checks on four occasions, each time told that the person I worked with last time is no longer there and the cancellation, refund or expidited refund (as we have progressed through the calls) was never done.

The first reps were helpful and stated that they were doing something (though later I was told it didn't happen). However, the one I spoke with today, "Ron", (supposedly a supervisor) was unsupportive, rude, uncooperative and left my requests completely unsatisfied.

After having been given two specific dates to expect my refund have come and gone, plus the runaround I was given today, I am conviced that I am a victim of a scam. This appears to be supported by complaints I have supsequently found here, which mirror mine exactly, and the company's record with the Better Business Bureau. The FTC & Indiana Attorney General's office are also involved now. I have files complaints with all three and encourage others to do so too. This company must be stopped and forced to make retribution!!

After filing complaints here and with The Better Business Bureau, The Federal Trade Commission, The Attourney General's Office and filing a fraud case with my bank, I faxed copies of all to The Institute of Natural Health and a couple of weeks later I saw a credit from them on my bank account for the full amount of the refund. I have been contacted by the officials I reported them to and am cooperating with them in hopes of getting some legal action started against this company. I encourage everyone to do the same!
