Be careful of who you’re doing business with – this is a DON’T GET RIPPED OFF Report. Good Luck to all, but I choose not to give ANY of my information to anyone at this company.
Integrity First Publishing dba U.S. Advantage Folders Inc. is a company that provides customized presentation folders to real estate companies. The owner - Lupe Hemiecla is the mother of Omar and Alex De La Garza. The manager is Michael (Mickey) Murray and his fiancé Darla Quinones runs the accounting department. Other than Lupe, the people listed above (based off of their website) have criminal records…Quite disturbing seeing that to reserve a spot on the folders you have to give your credit card/bank info. over the phone to one of them, and someone has to process the info.
For truth measures, simply call their office and ask for any of them and you will be transferred.
Here’s the link to research their criminal back ground: www.hcdistrictclerk.com Go to the “Online Services” tab – Go to “Search Our Records and Documents” – Click on the “Criminal” Search Tab – Simply type in the “Defendant” space their last name, first name and you will see they all have numerous criminal convictions from Possession to Theft Charges. If you click on the “Activities” tab of their charges you will see the actual procedure of the charges. I believe Darla Quinones has an outstanding warrant based off of her most recent charge “Theft by Check” on 3/3/2008 as well as a charge for “Theft for $750-$20,000” – Interesting, most of them have THEFT Charges. Being in accounting I’m sure she’s dependable to process credit cards. Michael (Mickey) Murray is taking payments via telephone and I see he has a charge for "Possession" as well as a charge for “Forgery”. You’ve got to sign into your Facebook account first before clicking the link. Their criminal histories are interesting including Omar De La Garza and Alex De La Garza(When researching them on the criminal site look them up under Delagarza (Alexander) - they have the same address). Omar has charges that are as recent as June 2010 and Alex has 10 offenses that are concerning. To each their own but I will say – doing business with Integrity First Publishing dba U.S. Advantage Folders Inc. is something to be greatly considered.

My name is Omar De La Garza and I am the owner of Integrity First Publishing. The company here known as the Folder advantage continually sabotages my company because I quit and started my own company. Nick Sharron and Candace Sharron have called my clients and lied about me. They infiltrated and stole documents from my company. The FBI is currently involved because of the cyber thefts they committed in my office. I also have in my possession recordings of Nick Sharron (owner of Folder Advantage) calling my vendors that Brian Till (His employee) stole from my office. They called attempting to have my clients in fear so that they might cancel with our company.We are in the process of litigation. When we went to court they did not even show up ... Please whatever you do understand that the The Folder Advantage continues to put fake ripoff reports on my company just because they cant get over the fact that my company is up and running and I did it by my self. These people don't want to see old employees move up. Nick and Candace I suggest that you leave my company alone...Don't call my office . Stop all of the harassment and please leave me and my family alone...I ask you nicely ....

Sorry for not providing this info in my prior report. To look Michael (Mickey) Murray up you must use his middle initial/name "G or George". Thanks - Just looking out for my fellow, hard working family.
