I started working with Jeff and his company about a month ago. Jeff ran my credit and stated that I was pre-qualified for a home loan and I "should start looking for a home," and once I find one, contact him and he will provide me the pre-qualification letter so I may submit my offer. Last week, after weeks of searching, and going to many different properties, spending the weekends driving all over Florida to find a home, the wife and I finally found a place that would be perfect for us. We had the Agent we were working with file all of the paperwork, and we were just waiting for the pre-qualification letter. So I tried to call Jeff in his office, on his cell, and sent many emails to get a hold of him and obtain the letter. Jeff never sent a single response, so I then spoke with his manager, George. He started to look into my file and told me that I would get a call back in 30 min. The next day (Day 4 of me trying to reach him and get some answers) I received an email from Jeff stating that I was not able to be approved, at least not without additional work, more points, and a larger down payment. This of course was a completely different tune from previous conversations with Jeff. So I was not able to get the home we spent weeks searching for, and now I am working with a legitimate company to assist me and an agent of that company who actually knows what he is talking about, and does not tell me anything that is not true.

Mr. . Ternes came to with the desire to prequal for a home purchase , He informed me that he had 10-12k to put down . I took his application and pulled his credit. He score was 2 pts below what ANY conforming bank would approve. I informed Steven of this ,and he stated that he was aware and that he purchased a car and had 40 inquires on his report and would work to get them off.
