Integrity relief will contact timeshare owners nationwide and claim to be willing to make owners an offer for their timeshare. Timeshare owners are invited to a meeting at a local hotel where they must bring their spouse. Upon arrival they sit down and soon learn that an offer of money will not be made. They will offer to get timeshare owners out for several thousand dollars. Source - current employee. I have worked here for the past couple of years and the business has changed names from smart life solutions to integrity relief due to BBB complaints. I am writing this because this company is refusing to pay me for two and a half weeks of work and commissions claiming that i overbilled for hours when i most definately did not. They had me calling old leads for a couple of weeks and my production went way down. I notified the owner David Simon of this, and was told to hang in there that leads would improve in a few weeks. I hung in there and continued to work hard and dial until I did not recieve my paycheck for the hours i already worked. I helped build his company and there was a time that I made all the calls. Loyalty means nothing to these people I guess. Im a 28 year old who was raised not to cheat and steal and i feel completely wronged by this company. Consumers and employees beware!

As i had stated. I am a former employee....what im not going to do is lie on ripoffreport like the company has just done.....the claim that i would contact their customers posing as law enforcement is just ludicrous, but then again so is everything else they wrote and im not going to waste my time even defending it. They did not pay me when they should have. Period. I have counsel helping me resolve this issue since in my opinion these people are nothing but theives.

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Mon, August 15, 2016

This post was made by a disgruntled employee. The employee had submitted on two separate occasions, timesheets which did not reflect the actual hours that he claimed to have worked. He expected to be paid for these hours and when he was confronted with the false and misleading timesheets, acknowledged that he did not actually work the stated hours. This employee worked remotely and was put in a position of trust. He betrayed the trust of the company and when confronted about this, became defensive about what he had done.

The company asked the employee to allow them time to investigate the matter, once this was discovered. At that time, the phone company for the business was contacted and there were no phone/call records, to evidence he was working as he claimed. Moreover, the actual phone which he was given and required to make calls from, was looked at as well and there were no signs of outgoing calls being made. In addition, the employee was required to document calls made, along with the outcome of the call and he failed to do so as instructed. As a result, the company had no reason to believe that he actually worked the hours he claimed and decided to withold his pay, until this could be resolved and he could provide evidence to show and support the work he stated he performed.

Once he was advised of the same, he made threats to owners of the company, that he would ruin the company and take them down. He retaliated by posting false and misleading information on consumer websites, trying to harm and damage the name and reputation of the company. In addition, he had access to customer names and phone numbers and directly contacted these customers, advising that " he was law enforcement and that this company was a scam and not to do business with them." When potential and current customers asked for additional information and his identity, he hung up.

It is sad that this individual is now trying to hurt and harm our company and its good name. We provide a valuable service to customers in need and who want to be released from their timeshare interests.
