This "client" reported our company to the BBB and rip-off report after 1 week of a 4 week marketing campaign. We were not given any opportunity to respond or correct any of the supposed issues brought about by this client. To this date, (now 4 weeks after the program was ordered) this client has recieved all 100 of the leads ordered. We thank the rip-off report for the opportunity to respond to this unreasonable client. (We have also done return phone calls to some of the leads sent and have found that "streamline mortgage" and two of their employees a Mr. Gene Richie and a Mr. Nick Trovato were attempting to gouge clients on rates and fees. We have suggested to these clients that they report them to the BBB and the ripoff report. These guys need to get a clue, there are enough QUALITY mortgage companies in our client database who can get these people who were looking for a simple AFFORDABLE loan.
