I signed up with this company for the Master Collection of Art work and was promised to receive a package of Art once every 3 weeks. I got the initial package and made a payment, got another package and made a payment. The company then sent me a gift and wrote that they could not supply the artwork at this time and please accept their gift as an apology. I was unhappy having paid for what now was a piece of a worthless collection but accepted that they sent a gift and apologized.

In the meantime, I had signed up for Mind Body Spirit, a collection by the same company of cards and spiritual items, for healing, etc. Didn't even realize by the different names that it was the same company.

This one came with a workload to do, the cards are not in order, you get card # such and such from section such and such, etc and have to now play sort and filing games. Rather than send the first 8 cards from Section 1, then the next etc. until you have the whole section and then move on to the next. I was entirely unhappy with this arrangement and thought of canceling but then I would have yet another piece of a worthless collection that I already invested in so I didn't cancel until I got my third set of cards in the mail with a bill for 4 sets of cards.

I then sign up for the online site to see what they were claiming to bill me for and they were billing me on there for the current set that I just received and 2 that I didn't, as well as they had the Master collection that I paid for everything I received with an unpaid balance of 41.90.

I then call their customer service number and he wants me to take out everything I received from them and let them read off different cards and me look through them all to see if I got them or not. I don't have the time to play games like this so I told him how about I just package up everything I received from you and send it back and you reimburse me for it. He told me no because I had a 10 day free trial for the Master Collection and that is over. I let him know that they breached their promise with me, not the other way around. He wouldn't budge on this so I said how about you just cancel the account and I return nothing. My credit is impeccable at the moment so this is a shame if I get hounded from this company when I offered to send back everything I received and they wouldn't accept it. I could just settle for sending back my last package but when they are billing for ones I didn't receive that apparently will not do any good so why should I bother sending back the last one and waste my money on postage when it will not clear up the problem? In the meantime I am stuck having paid out close to $50 dollars for so much junk.
