INTERNET LOGISTICS NOTE OF PROMISES MADE TO US
The first encounter with Internet Logistics Aug 17 and the completion was on August 18 of 2007.
This sales pitch was from a John Nosach (801 688 9094 personal cell phone to contact at most anytime. )

His sales consisted as follows (from my notes taken at the time of the call)
Said that this would be profitable
It would be fun
They would design a plan. Has 11 years of background experience working with building internet business. They had worked with eBay for over 5 years and were licensee with them.
I had to commit to spending 10-15 hours a week on the new job.
I had to be opened minded and teachable
That I would have a first class web page and own business.
It would take money to get started
I must start using other peoples money, namely the banks
It would take $7,025.36 and the transfer money.
I would get back the money for the transfer because they had connections and it would save me some money which they sent me a check for $361 26. But I didnt have a coaching call until
We would have a return on our investment
Every thing we spent would be tax deductible
Web site in 30 days
Have investment back in 6 months (we havent taken in 1 penny for anything they have done. A friend who does eBay has showed us more that anyone)
We were to have a website for which we were to be charged $29.95 for the site. It doesnt exist yet This web site was to interact with eBay

I have taped conversation of the promises that were made and the time frame, which we are not going to be able to make as the loss of the counseling Started late and not have missed 2 times. (from before )
The promises were:
Use the Banks money for leverage would guarantee their service
Always learn from the help of coaches, they are Power Sellers and have been through it all they can answer any questions we have
Charles is the director of coaching and Training
We cant loose our money, be up and running within 60 days. Making money
No trial and error
Value of the company is 3 times the intake for one year our value would be $84,000.00 in 3 months
3 streams of income in 3 months
1. Ebay
2. Network of drop shippers over 400 in their group. They will advise and make recommendations to us for what to sell
They negotiate with eBay
3. Web Store-Developed with their help
2nd phase: advance to other sites, Goggle, yahoo, etc. They will guide you and you will have 2 times the expose. They can drive customers to our web site, our own Web Store
10-15 hours a week
Tools included are:
1. Merchant accounts- we will get 2% of the sales as finders fee
2. Drop shipping per cent age difference that charged and the actual cost of the shipping company
3. Listing tools- Brightlister
4. Everything for $29.95 per month
5. Web site design help and soft wear tools
6. Data tracking
7. Web development in the 2nd month. Nov 19: (We still have no drop shippers or a web page from Aug 18, 20
We have missed 3 sessions
(Nov 26 when I talked to Charles, said they could do 2 at a time or in one week)

As a victim of Bright Builders, Internet Logistic , Bid Fuel. NEVER GIVE UP. This is what they want you to do. Report them to Salt Lake City Police! Find their website and call them. Report them to the The Federal Trade Commission, Your State Attorney General/Consumer Services. Finally, be persistent with your Bank/Credit Card Company. If your bank refuses to refund your money, report your bank to the Office of the Controller of the Currency. You will find OCC 's website. My bank refused me several times, until I reported them to the OCC. The OCC is now helping me and my bank is working on returning my money $8,000. I haven't received it yet, but my bank called and said they will try to "return" the check ... So, NEVER GIVE UP..these people need to stop hurting people! And oh, report them to the IRS!
