Consumer's Original Complaint :
3/17/2007 went in to contract and paid half of contract in the amount of $2250 upon completion the other $2250 would be paid. There is no site. They had attempted to make it but could not complete. They have also wasted over 3 years with deceipt saying it was a dynamic site and would take very long. All calls and emails are ignored. I have attemted multiple times to receive a refund to only fall on deaf ears. I cannot account for the amount of money I have lost out on by my website business not being built. I need the refund inorder to find someone else to build it. I'm not even looking for damages I'm only asking for the money I put in for something I did not receive. Thank you.

The agreement for a website was made with Internet Marketing Images, NOT with SEO ONE, INC.
Dan Stalfire, Owner of Internet Marketing Images is the one who you had a contract with and he can be reached at the information you provided in your original report.
Mr. Stalfire has NO ownership of SEO ONE, INC, nor is he associated with SEO ONE, INC in any way. Because he had part ownership at one time, this claim with Internet marketing images is hurting my company's name.
Please do not report that SEO ONE, INC had anything to do with your claim. Im sure you have a contract to prove that. Internet marketing images and SEO ONE, INC were never linked together in any way other than the fact that Mr. Stalfire has always been full owner of Internet marketing images, but only part owner of SEO ONE, INC for a short time.
I feel bad that you are in this situation, but again, your problem lies 100% with Internet Marketing Images.
