Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
We purchased a home computer thru internetishop I found the company thru e-bay but wanted a better graphic card so I called the company and ordered directly thru them on February 3,2004. I had no problems at this point and were very willing to talk the price down to $1500.00(a great price for what I was ordering). I received my computer in a couple of weeks.

It worked for about a week then...nothing. I called the tech support to talk with them about it and told me to send it down and they would fix it. Did that. Received it back and still wouldn't work.

At this point I tried everything I could to get it going but it kept saying "no hard drive found". Again I called the company, they were not very helpfull and kept saying that I was doing something wrong. When I asked for my money back they said no refunds after 30 days but with the one year warrenty I finally got them to replace the hard drive by sending in just the hard drive. (Second time having to ship back) I don't remember exact dates but this was sometime in April.

Received "new" hard drive in about a week. Same thing when starting up "no hard drive found"

Fed up at this point I called again! Told me it was something that I was doing and they were starting to get very unhelpfull. I let it go for about two months becasue we were moving and didn't have the time to deal with it.

In August 2004 I called them yet again and they told me "Since you have had so many problems, ship it back and we will replace the entire system" Not thinking that I would never see my computer again I thought, finally they are willing to help me out.

So I shiped the entire computer tower back. (third time shipping with more money spent)

I called to check up on it August 28th and talked with a guy I could barely understand and he told me it was being tested and would be shipping back to us in the next week.

I was checking my e-mail and found one from internetishop saying that "hi. we have received your computer but the package box has damage. do you want us to open the box and look at it? let us know. Thanks!"

So, on September 7th, I called and told them to go ahead and open it and a guy named Mia said that when the recive a damaged shipment the will not open the package until the delivery service comes to look at it. Argued to talk with a manager and was hung up on.

My wife then called them again. Same guy, Mia, and was told the same thing. So she called the shipping company and filed a report. When we received the $100.00 check from the shipping company on September 21,2004, (that's all we could get because it was being returned for repair) my wife and I BOTH tried calling internetishop and it was either busy or "all circuts are busy now". Gave them the benifit of the doubt thinking they had phone line problems but kept calling until Wednesday September 29,2004. Discoved they are now out of business!!!!

All I want is either my money back or my computer, working or not. I want what is mine and do not think I should be out $1500.00 and a computer.

After filing a report with the better business bureau of CA. They e-mailed me saying that they were going to send a copy of the report to the company of complaint. Now a week later they e-mailed me saying that the letter was sent back to a insufficant address. I think we are sol. If anyone has any other suggestions plase post them.

forgot to mention ..... When I called about the box being damaged they did send me pictures of the box and it looked like there was a forklift droped ontop of it. When we called them when before filing a claim with the delivery service we argued the point that it NEVER should have been signed for! Gave a bunch of crap that they can't monitor all shiping packages blah, blah, blah. We are filing this with the Better Business Bureau of California! If anyone else has had ANY problems with this company, please to the same so we can all get what is ours!
