Invotech Software Solutions outsources software developers to India! San Francisco, California
My company hired this firm 2 years ago for some custom software development projects. At this point, it was a medium-sized company based solely in the US and they did not reveal any intention of changing that. Well, 6 months ago and approaching the project's deadline, I started getting more frequent updates from a new project manager - a man with broken English and a thick Indian accent. I kept asking him where he was based out of but he continuously said California.
It bothered me so much that I called our sales rep. After threatening to cease business with them, our sales rep finally admitted that they had outsourced the development team to Dubai. I gave him a piece of my mind!! What were they thinking changing their business model so drastically in the middle of big projects? And do they know the quality of work that comes out of India? I'll probably be canceling my project with them because of just that!
