Understand that IPA will run from any former client who shows strength. First, file a complaint with your state, county, and even city Attorney General regarding IPA. Second, file a complaint with your state, county, city Better Business Bureau. Third, contact you local newspaper to be interviewed for an article detailing the treatment, tactics, and lack of value received to warn other businesses in your area. While you may be hestitant to follow the above processes, be brave. It is NOT an embarrassment to have been duped by these crooks. That is what they are counting on - you will be too embarrassed to disclose that you were a sucker for their very smooth methods. I would be willing to bet that many others in your area have experienced the same loss in time and money. Share your story and other will come forward. Respond to this report! Are you an owner, employee or ex-employee with either negative or positive information about the company or can you provide "insider information" on this company? Victim of this person/company? please dont do pay. i just started working for them last week and i have resigned after one day in the field seeing what really happens. the owner is a convicted felon. he pleaded guilty to intent larceny and engaging with a 16 year old prostitute. fight back, threaten to call your attorney and tell them you will be calling all the local news stations. i got into this company to help people and their businesses and i am so depressed and hurt after what i have learned. do not pay them, they are bullies and only care about themselves. the fact that your daughter needs medical help that you are paying for is of no concern to them. i do not know if there is a way to get any of your money back but i am encouraging not to give them one more penny. even if they come in tomorrow and finish the entire job, DO NOT PAY!!!

IPA now wants to settle with us. They have reduced the amount they say we owe. What it boils down to is that we will have paid them $17,000 for an incomplete project. Still our daughter cannot resume her physical therapy. IPA wants us to give them 8 post-dated checks which they promise not to put through unless we tell them to. They did not follow this before, so should I trust in them again? We are so confused as to whether or not we should settle of fight. We at this point feel that the $12,000 they got from us should be considered payment in full for what we did not receive. I feel that they should return the $4100 they put through against our wishes as we will be trying to catch up that for a while. If anyone reading this has some experiences with IPA please help us make the right decision.
