IQ Derma Glow Deceptive marketing! Purchased a sample for 9.95, got billed 89.00 and 94.00. Internet
I ordered a mans face cream. I only remember that the add said I'd be charged for the sample 9.95. Next thing I know, I'm billed 89.00 and 95.00. I called their customer service. They claim I signed up for a monthly service. They also claim that the second charge of 89.00 is for the initial shipment. I only used it one time and offered to send it back. They said it's outside the 30 day trial SUBSCRIPTION! I said I didn't know anything about a subscription, but please cancel it. They said they had already sent the next package, but gave me a RMA number to return the next shipment. They also stated I'm stuck with the 89.00 charge - no refunds.
I filed a dispute with my credit card company and reported the charges as fradulant. I did not give them permission to charge my account monthly. I did not authorize an 89.00 charge nor a 94.00 charge. I did not subscribe to a face cream of the month club. I have never been swindled by an online company -- but they got me!
Absolutely 100% deceptive. And that is giving them ALL the benefit of the doubt.
