 *** Warning ***
Please be advised this message contains important information regarding Steve & Cody Flanagan from iRazor Strategies!
Steve Flanagan is a auto tinter who thinks he knows about internet seach engine optimization. Don't believe anything this so called "expert" tells you about website development and or optimatization of websites. Both Steve and Cody who are brothers, who started a company called iRazor Strategies that are "suppose" to help you succeed in developing a website and making sure you are visible to the people who may be searching for your type of business. Steve tints cars!!! Thats all he is "good" at doing! Probably not!!! HACKER AT BEST! I had joined their program and was sick to my stomach with the results. They charged me $495.00  per month and (had to sign for a year) to have a leased website designed by them. Both Cody & Steve Flanagan promissed me GREAT RESULTS and that many other people across the window tinting industry were happy with the results. (ARE YOU KIDDING ME?) RESULTS??? WTF!!! I couldn't be found anywhere within the google results. I mean, how can I not be found in my own State or City?

I talked with other Dealers and they have the same B.S. problems that I have been having with my website. They even talked me out of deleting my old web site. Boy did I make a mistake! I am now stuck with having a website that is "INVISIBLE" to the seach results and I have to pay more money for someone else to develop a new site. Crazy!!! All because they don't know what they are doing! IRAZOR STRAGEGIES IS LIKE HAVING A VIRUS THAT YOU CANNOT GET RID OF!

Steve Flanagan calls you to join the program and Cody Flanagan (one man operation) who develops the website for you are both a couple of losers and liars who steal money from businesses and can never be found when there is a problem! I did research on their program and found out that all they do is have duplicate (cookie cutter) websites with different logos and expect Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc to give them great ratings! Duplicate content is not recommended by Google.  http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=66359

Complete Bogus Report Filed

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Mon, December 05, 2011

I would like the opportunity to address some of the statements made by the person that lodged the report against our company. There are many accusations that are outright lies, and I will address each of these remarks one at a time. The sentences that are outlined in Italics and are bold type are statements made by this phantom writer, who apparently does not have the guts to put his real name in the report. My response will be in black under each statement:

1.       Steve Flanagan is a auto tinter who thinks he knows about internet seach engine optimization.

Response:  It is true that I am an auto tinter. I dont think that I know about search engine optimization, I know search engine optimization, having studied it for 6 years now. In fact, I have applied what I have learned to my own website here in Atlanta, and as an aggregate total of all geographies that I have optimized for, using multiple terms that rank, I have the number one ranking site here in the Atlanta Metro Area and the surrounding communities. I have ranking reports that prove this statement. So the above statement made by this person is complete and utter nonsense.

2.       Both Steve and Cody who are brothers, who started a company called iRazor Strategies that are "suppose" to help you succeed in developing a website and making sure you are visible to the people who may be searching for your type of business.

Response: We dont suppose anything. WE do have a template made that we use as a starter template that we add content to on a regular basis for ranking purposes. Depending on the competition for certain phrases, it takes time to rank well and push to the first page of Google. The writer of this complaint obviously doesnt understand what it takes to get to page one of the search engines. It takes time and effort to accomplish.

3.       Steve tints cars!!! Thats all he is "good" at doing! Probably not!!! HACKER AT BEST!

Response: Yes, I am an industry professional, having been in the window film profession for more than 25 years. I am well know in the Atlanta area, and am proficient with automotive, commercial, and residential applications. This person obviously does not know me, and is making some pretty ridiculous statements. As far as the hacker statement, you are welcome to read my Google reviews, and you will see that they are 5 star reviews:

4.       They charged me $495.00 per month and (had to sign for a year) to have a leased website designed by them.

Response: 495.00 per month covers the marketing fees to do the promotional work needed to eventually get to page one. We changed the leasing model to one of ownership after the 1 year agreement was satisfied. It was the easiest way to get a new site launched, and our dealers dont have to pay for custom development, which can be expensive.

5.       Both Cody & Steve Flanagan promissed me GREAT RESULTS and that many other people across the window tinting industry were happy with the results.

Response: We are always up front with our clients and tell them that it can take time to get to page one, and it is entirely based on the online competition in the area we optimize for. This person obviously does not know or understand how this process works, even though it is something that we address right up front. We cant do anything about clients that have expectations that are unrealistic. Google and the other search engines decide when this takes place. All we can do is deliver what the search engines are in existence for, and that is to index new content.

6.       (ARE YOU KIDDING ME?) RESULTS??? WTF!!! I couldn't be found anywhere within the google results. I mean, how can I not be found in my own State or City?

Response: This is a pretty broad statement. Does this mean this person was expecting to be on page one in a month? Not even going to waste time by elaborating.

7.       I talked with other Dealers and they have the same B.S. problems that I have been having with my website

Response:  We have ranking and tracking data that shows improvement every month on the dealers that we work with. Another broad statement that cannot be qualified. This person is willing to do anything to smear our company, and certainly it is easy to make up and state anything that he would like say in these reports.

8.       They even talked me out of deleting my old web site. Boy did I make a mistake! I am now stuck with having a website that is "INVISIBLE" to the seach results and I have to pay more money for someone else to develop a new site. Crazy!!!

Response:  Since I know exactly who the person is that is making this report, I can tell you that this statement is a complete lie. Once he decided to opt out of our program, he redirected his URL back to the old site that he had before he hired us. It is back to the poor looking outdated design that he previously had, and it is in perfect working order. We dont talk dealers into deleting their old site. We recommend that they back up their old files if they want to use our template.

We do recommend that they redirect their URL to our template, since that is what all the marketing work is applied to. We dont work on sites that do not utilize our template. Another ludicrous statement. If this person deleted his old site files, then it was a decision that was made entirely on his own. His site is not invisible as stated. It is right back to where it was before we started his program. He is lying about having to pay someone else to make a new site.

9.       Steve Flanagan calls you to join the program and Cody Flanagan (one man operation) who develops the website for you are both a couple of losers and liars who steal money from businesses and can never be found when there is a problem.

Response: Wildly ridiculous statement. This person needs to see a psychiatrist. Any of our clients can call me anytime they want, or email me with any issues that need to be resolved. We havent stolen a single penny from anyone, and deliver work as agreed to per our contract.

10.   I did research on their program and found out that all they do is have duplicate (cookie cutter) websites with different logos and expect Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc to give them great ratings! Duplicate content is not recommended by Google.

Response: We provide unique content each and every month that gets ranked and indexed by all the major search engines. We start with standard copy, just like any other franchised types of companies, and build unique content on top of that going forward. This takes care of the duplicate content issues that this person is talking about. Google doesnt worry so much about content that is duplicated from other sites; they just dont like to see the same content over and over on the same site. If this were true, all the major news sites out there would not show up well at all. They all post the same news feed stories, and it is exactly the same in each case. News sites rank really well and it is because new content has been added, even if this content is duplicated from another site. So your argument doesnt hold water.

Conclusion:

This person posted from Detroit Michigan, which is kind of funny because we have had only 2 clients from that geography, and both are still on our program and are satisfied with the results of the work that we do. So this person is trying to hide his tracks, make it seem like he was a dealer in this geography that dropped out of our program, which is not the case.

I know exactly who you are. Be a man and post your name. I guess I could let everyone here see the Rip Off report that was filed against you, and is available for viewing on this site as well. From reading that report it is apparent that you did in fact defraud someone that was looking at your franchise model. Maybe I should send everyone (Other 3M Dealers) an email to have a look at the link.

I stand by all my statements on this matter, and am more than happy to speak with anyone that has concerns over this vicious, un-substantiated report filed by someone that should just move on with their life. He has entirely too much time on his hands.

Respectfully,
S. Flanagan
