This individual customer's order was delayed longer than anticipated, but the customer was informed of all delayes. When I finally mentioned to her that the order would be completed the following week, it was. Now this customer who took the time to file a bad report about the company is now a very satisfied customer. Being a retail employee, who learn to realize that there is no way to please everyone, even when you inform them of every circumstance.
