IVORYWHITE Whitening Tooth Whitening System This company charged my credit card $78.41 after cancelled. They supply no address, were rude, and refused my request for refund. Did not supply ANY documentation on company to send item back. Internet
IvoryWhite offered a $1.00 trial offer which I accepted. They then charged my account an additional $2.95 Shipping. Then unauthorized, charged me $78.41 more.
No company information, address, order form, what has been charged my account, when my account would be charged again.

Phone number provided goes to rude, unhelpful person unwilling to remove the charge or give me return information for product they sent.
