Customer support is available at 1-877-493-2875 Monday-Friday from 8-6pm EST. All voice mails will be return on the next business day. You can call or email [email protected] to cancel your account. In order to avoid the full fee for any new subscription period, you
must cancel the service BEFORE the new period begins.
We advertise the first 30-days OR 100,000 page views as free. Below are the terms and conditions customers must agree to before signing-up with iWEBTRACK:
Your card will NOT be charged at this time. Your credit card will only be charged 1) if your site exceeds one hundred thousand (100,000) page views within the first thirty days of activation of your account, OR 2) upon the conclusion of your free thirty (30) day trial period, whichever is sooner. Our billing system is simple and no contract is required. All billing is done on the second of the month for traffic received during the previous month. We accept MasterCard, VISA, and American Express. Cancellation is simple and easy. To cancel, simply call 1-877-IWEB-TRK or email [email protected] to provide iWebTrack with your name and account number and to notify iWebTrack of your desire to cancel your account. NOTE: The address you provide on this page must match the address where you receive your credit card statements for the card you've entered. |
