J. Allen Dougherty , states No will, no Trust in court. Only after he was caught converting securities which had my name attached to them, He stated if , I sued him, he would write a will to cover his a*s... Which he did. It has been found to be Forged.
Amazing, , I still have the call he left on my answering machine... He and his Daughter , Christa got a power of Attorney
on a man which J. Allen Dougherty was responsiable for the TAXES, he didn't pay those took over the property, then got a
$ 3.5 Million dollar loan,.
My Aunt Dorothy Hawkins, FL SON Buster Cooper, At my aunt's husbands funeral this creep told family members take what veer you want... I will have her in a Dementia unit by tonight .
