I paid down a total of $1,500 on a 2002 Nisaan Xterra SUV with a 4th payment plan. On May 18, 2008, Date of final payment, I Picked up the Xterra and was told to wait until the registration came in mail which usually takes 30 daysto transfer it into my name. It is now August 22, 2008 and I am still waiting on this registration. I had made all montly payments to the financing company as agreed and I can not get this problem resolved.

I have gone to the dealership since June 9th, 2008 up this very date 08/22/08 requesting the registration transfer title paper work and have yet to recieve it. On June 16th I call Mr Fernando about the registration and he told me to give it until 3pm he was waiting on the lady who does them to bring them over. He had sold so many cars that she had a lot of them to do. Well, what Mr. Fernando did not know is that Early went to the DMV to see if the title to registration had been changed into my name and they informed me that it had not and they gave me on the site a 30 day extention to give him time to get the required title of registration transfered over into my name. They also told me the next time he would need to take care of it if the transfer has not been done within the extended 30/days they granted.

Later on about one to two hours later I called Mr. Fernando, and asked if the transfer into my name had been done he said he had left a message for the lady who does the paperwork and waiting on her to return his call to check back with him after 3pm, while talking to Mr Fernando, I informed him I had already checked and recieved the 30/d extention and that it has not been transfered into my name yet. He seemed suprised and said to check back with him on that Friday 06/20/08 for the papers he should have it by then.

Well I did that and again no papers was recieved to do the transfer of title. it had been like this back and forth and I have even called the people who Financed my 2002 Nissan Xterra and nothing has happen to correct the problem. l am still without a title for this Xterra and can not transfere it into my name.

I have since that time found out this 2002 Xterra has a "Lien" on it and the cost to get it tansfered into my name may cost me even more. I have also found out that if I do transfer it into my name the "Lien" holder to the "Xterra" can come after me. All lien must be cleared before it is transfered over into another customers name for title per the "State Office of Government." I must now file a "Complaint" with the State Government. I am so upset.

Mr. Fernado also do not know that I came to his lot on 8/11/08, no one was there, only 4 cars on lot, On 8/12/08 went again to his lot and another customer was there waiting on him and a 30/d extended sticker. She too had not recieved her title to transfer her SUV into her name, stopped by a police offer and upset. She called Mr Fernando and he told her to check the mail box he would leave a extention in the mailbox. She gave me his "cell" # she saw I was upset that my 30/d extention was about to expire and said she had his cell #, he will not be coiming to the "Lot" you are wasting time sitting here for him. Your best bet is to call his cell, I grew more worried and upset. I must had call this cell # 30 times and I had also left a note in the door on the car lot in hopes he would get it and the I called the financing company to report this.

Finally on the 14th of August he Mr. Fernando called. I informed him how displeased I was and I will need to get this resolved or I will take it to another level.

Last week Monday 8/18/08 I spoke with Mr Fernando and he informed me he no longer had my car but "Auto Loan Finder." Mind you, when I first went to Mr Fernando back in April that was this was the first thing I told him, I told him a weekend prior to coming to him I had went to "Auto Loan Finder" and did not like their Offer...They scare me and I turn them down and decided not to go through them to purchase an auto. Why would he give my car deal to them? What is wrong with this PUZZLE?? Is he a dealer for "AUTO LOAN FINDERS? He told me he was having proble with getting title people cars registar and decided to change company and this is why his car lot was empty. He was having to many problems. Is this 2002 Nisaan Xterra one of the problem cars, evidently it is and therefore I too I'm stuck with a MESS-UP DEAL?.

I am also upset with the auto loan financing company, I feel they should cancel his contact deal for this car. If I can't drive this car, which is the way I go to work, how can I pay my car note??? PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS

Dear Mrs. Bessie: Like I told you when I finally was able to give you the tag and registration, I used to depend on other people to process the tags for my dealership and was something out of my reach when the company who sold us the vehicle couldn't produce the title because of a problem with a difference on the pay off, any way, you where supposed to get your title within 30 days and I was not able to do that and for that I apologize. That problem has been corrected and 100% of my customers get their tag and registration before 30 days. Thank you Fernando
