I purchased a teaching course from this individual/company. However I cancelled immediately by an email request by march 10, after being billed for the first month. They have cancelled me from their mailing list, but have continuined to bill me for april and may. I have sent several e mails, asking them to stop billing and refund me for the undue charges but they do not answer.

Yesterday , finally, after almost three months, I have got an answer from Jack Jarden announcing that he is going the refund the undue charges. May be my previous report helped in solving the problem, thank you, Giovanni R. Santelli
