As this posting has been flagged and deleted, it is plain truth. And I have posted it many other public places as well. And with the responses I get, I know my story is out and about and being told and retold. Here is my story.



In September 2012, I decided to rent out my home so I could be on the road with Denny at all times,  as he travels for work. I called a Real Estate agent " Jan Depetro" as I had no idea how to go about doing such a thing. I told her I needed to either rent out my home or do a lease with option to buy. Jan said, "Oh Ive got the perfect person for you" She brought over this guy to look at my house ( Louis Jack Buck ) He decided "Ya I will lease it with option to buy" Jan said she would get me a lease contract and we would go from there. A couple of days later Jan brought over a lease contract, she had sat down at the table with me and proceeded to tell me how to fill it out and had me sign it. She then took it to this Jack guy to sign. Jan returned an hour or so later, with another contract to sign. As she explained it to me, it was the option to buy contract that had to be filled out an placed behind the lease to show good faith of willing to sell later on down the road. 

Well at this time I had nothing but trust in Jan as she also was a personal friend of 10 years. She had me fill out this contract as well, she told me what to add where to add it, and write a personal hand written addendum to it. There was a place on the contract that asked or $ amounts. She had me plug in the same numbers of what I bought my house for in 2010. She proceeded to tell me that no of that was  concerned until contract date was up and if Jack decided to buy the house at that time or not, She also said Jack would bring me a check at this time for $6000. also called good faith if at the end of the contract he decided not to buy I would return the $6000. Ok I thought, Jan knows what she's doing she does this all the time. After I filled out this contract and signed it, Jan took it to Jack. (I thought it was kinda weird that I was signing all of this before Jack did). She brought the copies of the  contract back to me all marked up and important things like where I hand wrote in "End of Contract date" this leaving me with an opened ended contract. Now I am getting suspecious, but Jan keeps encouraging  me not to worry this is how this stuff worked. The next night, I got a phone call from Jan aprx 11 pm saying she and Jack were on there way over, (Ok weird). Jack showed up first trying to get me to sign a form signing my deed over. I at that time said no way in hell am I signing my deed over. He tried to

explain to me this was just a precaution that needed to be filed with the contract. Then Jan showed up and asked if it was done. NO, I am not signing my deed over, I now draw the line.

Ok so anyways........there was still a few more things during this time, but I had better get on with it here.....Jack was late almost every single month on his payments, tore out my memorial tree for my son, and my pond that my son gave me before he had passed away. I verbally as well as made sure it was in the lease that Jack was not to remove, add or change anything. Also in the handwritten part, if he was late just

one time, the contract would be voided and he would have to move from the premises immediately. I Now hire an attorney (August 2013)I then learn, the contract to sell was a legal contract I sold my house for nothing......Well I do have the $6000 but that was it, He owns my house. It was all a hoax that Jack Buck and Jan Depetro had set up. They just litterally took my house. but the attorney was gonna fight on that, by the end of August the attorney has him served with a 72 hour to vacate notice. ( Now the money and games begin ). In December 2013 the attorney serves him once again with a 72 hour to vacate notice. Many of meetings and court dates, and mediation, and money paid to  attorneys later, it comes down to night before trial. My attorney at mediation so confident, says "Lets go to trial we've got this" Now is telling me "Oh I just dont know which way this judge is gonna go, she may tell you at least Jack is trying, even if he is late every month with his payment

and even though he had tapped your credit twice by being over 30 days late she is probably gonna let him stay in your house, and it could be indefinate as you have an open ended contract, OH and by the way I know you have given my almost $2000.00 already but I need another $1800.00 by 5:00 pm tonight to go to trial tomorrow if you want to go ahead and fight this that we might loose (it is 4:30 pm now)"

Are you effing serious? If I needed to give her more money ( which I had just taken her a check the week before) dont you think she would have told me earlier how much trial was gonna cost and she was gonna need it before trial. I would have made sure court date was set out long enough for me to the money to her. I did not have it to give to her by 5:00 PM. She kept telling me we had better settle. I would like to know how within 1 week period she went from confident of getting him out of my house to having to settle with him because he does have a contract that he owns my home ( even though I owe the mortgage) The minute they had me put the contract behind the Lease it VOIDED the lease all together. He bought my house. So the settlement was to squeeze another $5000. out of Jack, and Jack to assume my loan immediately.

Signed, sealed and delivered. Signed by Judge as well. Well closing for him to assume the loan was suppose to happen last week. NEVER HAPPENED. Looking over the paperwork my attorney and his attorney drew up for this HA there is no end date on it, Once again an opened end contract and my attorney thru me under the bus. And now I have no house, and hell who knows about the credit to buy another with all the late payments.  All of this I just wanted to get these names out and about LOUIS JACK BUCK an JAN DEPETRO.
