Jasmine Lawson, aka Jasmine Kelton is a crook.
She and her husband, Jessie Schumm Lawson, have consistently run scam after scam over the past 10 years.
These two crooks have ripped off folks to the tune of close to $100,000. Not only are they ripping off business folks, (see attachments) with their phony businesses, they also have ripped off landlords.
Reviewing the Fresno County Superior Court website, running both their names--they have been evicted from their last five (5) residents. The judgments against these two con-artists are a matter of public record in Fresno County, California.
Landlord after landlord. Each owner has been burned for $1000's worth of back rent, and damages. Further, Jessie Lawson steals fixtures and appliances from the residents.
The courts have NO BAIL warrants out for both of these fools. There is failure to appears (FTA) and soon pending is fraud and perjury. They file false court statements. They get fee waivers.
BUT--they dumped 1000's of documents in the garbage cans from the residents that they are evicted (forcefully by the Sheriffs Department). These records indicate a pattern of theft--conduct. IRS letters, pay stubs, credit card receipts, and more. All found and held in trust showing a clear pattern of theft, fraud, and deceit by these two criminals.
The police department has open investigations on both of these criminals. IRS now has open investigations. The lawyers who have taken them to court have linked up--pooled information and are now seeking their incarceration and prison sentences.

The owners at 133 Armstrong, along with 6-7 before, obtained an order from the Fresno County Superior Court for forcible removal of Jessie Lawson, etal, from the above-noted home. He paid NO RENT. He tore the house apart. As has been his conduct.
WHICH--was trashed, along with appliances and fixtures removed and stolen. Lawson left boxes upon boxes of evidence, including but not limited to:
Meth
Pot
and other illegal activities.
Lawson spent a week in Fresno CountyJail for failure to fulfill what he promised the court based upon his 2nd DUI.
He has swapped to another car. A late 90's White slightly lifted 4x4 Dodge Durango. (Plenty of room to haul is stolen material around in.)
Clovis PD, Fresno PD, and Fresno County Sheriffs Department have Jessie Lawson on a watch list. Not only is Jessie stalking, harassing and threatening previous owners, but he is now under investigation, along with his wife Jasmine Kelton, for drug possession and child abuse/neglect.
The last 4 landlords have hired counsel to seek redress in the Superior Court of California for financial and other civil liabilities, which could if not WILL lead to further criminal charges. Jasmine Kelton aka Jasmine Lawson now has legal issues herself and IRS issues.
Found in all the garbage that was left in the last home he was booted from is a large amount of business documents concerning her previous employer, Spirit Halloween. ALL of the business records, ALL of the material has been forwarded to the police department who then sent it on to IRS after their review in a pending criminal case against her.
Furthermore, found in the cache of material left, not only was several laptops (which have been accessed--passwords cracked--material evidence given to law enforcement(s) and now IRS.
The number of scams that Jasmine Kelton attempted to pull off include, but not limited to, SLip and Fall(s) at various businesses. One scam after another. Jasmine Kelton Jasmine Lawson ran back to Sacramento, but her legal problems along with theft from the State of California, and others remain to be litigated before the bar both criminally and civilly.
Jessies employer, is scum. Bottom feeder slumlord rental agency who manages the ghetto of Fresno County. They are sleazy, slimy and are very unscrupulous JD Homes in Fresno. AVOID. Anyone who would employ the likes of Jessie Lawson, are "Birds of the Feather",,,"shared values", and will
rip you off.
