JMC Communications Jason Cosby ripped me off from $16,00 USD on February 22, 2000 for Satellite Receiver cards - never received. Rip-off! Hanover Indiana
I purchased 8 Satellite Receiver cards from JMC Communications on February 22, 2000 and paid $1,600.00 USD. (Copy of my cheque, Exhibit "A"). The owner of JMC Communications, Jason M. Cosby, cashed my cheque #206, on March 10, 2000.
After more than four years, the product, 8 Satellite Cards, has never been delivered to me as per our verbal contract, despite numerous guarantees of shipment. Jason Cosby agreed in April 2000, to refund the full amount to me, $1,600.00 USD in 3 payments of $500.00 USD & $600.00 USD, to be paid bi-weekly.
Jason sent me one cheque in the amount of $500.00 USD, cheque #705, dated April 12, 2000 (Copy of Jason's cheque, Exhibit "B")This cheque was not honored by my bank and was returned to me, stamped by the bank "Account Closed".
Jason admitted owing me the money, issued the first cheque in repayment and then closed his account before the cheque was processed. The FBI contacted Jason Cosby on my behalf and Jason agreed to make the payments to me. NCO Financial Systems Inc. Collection Agency was also hired in order to ensure payment from Jason.
After the two Agencies, FBI and NCO Financial contacted Jason Cosby, he moved and has not surfaced until I found out through this site "www.ripoffreport.com", that Jason had ripped off a mother and her kids with a XBox mail order scam.
