In my 1st visit to Jay A. Goble DDS in Pleasant Hill California I had a a simple cavity filled and some laser cleaning with a checkup. From the minute I walked in to the time I was out the door I felt completely taken advantage of. The staff is training to dump you upside down, grab your money and send you packing. Every quote they gave me was completely off in every way. The work ended up being about $1,500 and my portion of this was to be $400 at most.. So, I agreed to the work... then after it was done they came up with another $250 in "Nickel & Dime" fee's when my mouth was so numbed out I could not speak. So, I was out an additional $250, then a billl arrives for another $70 a month later because once again they were "OFF" on their calculations on how much the insurance was going to cover.
Overall, if you seem you have a budget.. the girls NANINE & MEG will pick up on that and "UNDERQUOTE" everything so you get that surprise bill later. I called them and expressed that I was not happy with the extra fee's and they basically said to go away then.
There are a ton of great dentists out there... this is "DEFINATELY" not one of them as "EVERYTHING" is overpriced and the women "VOLTURES" working the billing are amonth the worst I have seen ( worse than a used car lot ).
