JBC LEGAL GROUP ripoff, LIED, HARRASSED BY CONSTANTLY CALLING 3 X'S DAY, INFLATED ALLEGED INDEBTEDNESS, REFUSED TO ANSWER LETTERS, RUDE ON PHONE BLOOMFIELD New Jersey, New York, California
On March 7, 2005, I received a call from a Linda Williams saying I owed CVS $2,923.13 for 9 checks from a mid-1990's closed checking account. Ms. Williams said that if I paid immediately she'd knock-off $500. I agreed with the stipulation that Ms. Williams would send me the checks (copies) as well as all amounts being assessed as fees, penalties, interest and so forth. She agreed. I paid. That is the last time I heard from Ms. Williams.
I never received any documentation and my own research indicates that the amount someone using my checks may have cost CVS around 6 or 7 hundred dollars not nearly $3,000.). Then, some Internet research revealed that JBC is a scam outfit run by a low-life, fake non-attorney named Jackie Boyajian and Marvin Brandon and they are crooks. Moreover, I learned they are being sued by the attorney general of West Virginia and cannot do business in Connecticut.
They've ripped-off thousands of good people.

I had these jerks harass me with 2 calls. Sent them a letter to verify my debt and have not heard from them since. I put a validation to all three credit reports and JBC didn't respond to their requests either, so "presto"....no more calls, no reports to my credit, and the only cost to me was the $2.35 to send a certified letter!!!! The stickler is I did owe the money....it was from a bad check in the amount $500.00, yet they wanted $2025.00...LOL what a joke!!! And.....if the try to contact me I can sue them for violation of the Fair Practice Act since they ignored me AND all three credit reports requests. I have the documention that they signed for the letter!!! ha ha ha
