hello my name is duane van biber i went out of buisness this year and i worked a deal out with jim ballas 50% of profit well i painted Mr & Mrs . Rances home thinking i was going to get payed well i was wrong i also have my brothers house with him and im sure he wont pay me on that one im going to lean the home and sue him they had a top of the line shingle he installed one of the worst products on the market if any of my leads would call in he would scedule for his self basicly i never got any of my leads but he cost me a few. take it for what its worth see you in court jim the snake dallas

In 2006 he was dallas enterprizes 16th St.indpls. so if what your saying is true then why did he have to bankrupt that comp. and started a new one 6yrs later Just think about that sir.This isnt his 1st redeo.but at his age itll be his last like i said hes changed alot since then Good luck and have a great day

just ask him to show you the cancelled checks where he paid me he cant. i worked for jim in 06 and i would agree but this time was different he just kept it his attitude and his thievery cost him a 167k job and his son done the gutters on it he stole about 7k of my commision and he lost 32k after the first job i definatly wouldnt think of giving him a job like that.I really hope he doesnt do to you what he done to me. I personally have a hard time beleiving any ill spoken words about JBD. They are great people,they do what they say, and their word is as good as gold. If they were to owe anyone anything,it would be paid.Some people think they have more coming,than what they are owed.Jim and Charolette have a solid reputation,and I am personally glad I am working for them,I know my customers will be taken care of at all costs.

I didnt get paid couldn't put a lean on the home because i was a salesman only labors can put on a lean. My brother didnt get it in writing that he would add a down spuot and repair the siding Jim agreed told him his siding crew quit. The funny thing is it was his son that does the gutters and siding so i figure he ripped his son off or just out rite lied to my brother well never no. we'll just thank again jim. just because my spelling stinks you still never paid me how or held up your word to my brother. How do you justifie it pretending to be a christian. It has to be hard. He Cant call his attorney no canceled checks to show he gave me a dime. Hope anyone that reads this does'nt go through what we had to. Have a great day

Anyone who reads this report probably can tell from the grammar and misspellings that not a word of truth has been spoken in this report.
If anyone reads this and wants to know the truth about Duane VanBibber I will be happy to talk with you personally and set the record straight.
I will not stoop to this persons' level. I will contact our attorney. I will stop this attack on our company.
