JCPENNEY ripoff, sent me cheaper shoes than the ones I ordered. Shawnee Mission Kansas
I recently ordered shoes online from Jcpenney. When I received the order it was a totally different pair of shoes. I checked my e-mail for a confirmation of what I had ordered. I ordered some Reebok Athletic shoes, Pink and white.
The Shoes I received were. Champion shoes, Silver and white. I paid 68 dollars for the Reebok. I called Jcpenney to inform them of their mistake and they told me they sent those shoes because they were out of the ones I ordered.
That was very unprofessional. Did they think I was just going to accept these ugly shoes. So I told them I would send the shoes back, and I want a refund of my purchase. I searched online on jcpenney.com for the shoes they sent me and I did not find them there. They had my information, the could have called me and let me know that they no longer had the shoe.
I searched the catalog and they were not there either. So I did a online search and I found these shoes at target for 24.99. So be very careful when ordering for Jcpenney because they like to send you wrong orders and expect you not to notice.
