I posted a rip-off report and several updates on JD Byrider. Everything Anthony says in his post is true. I have been dealing with the same harassment. Of course the calls seem to be starting much earlier now. My payments are due on Saturday and the Tuesday before they begin calling my employer to let them know that my payment is due on Saturday and that there is NO grace period. They also call me at least 20 times a day. Not to mention my references. I have stopped answering my phone when caller ID shows their number as well as several calls a day from a private number. At this point I don't even return their calls when they leave nasty voicemail messages. Of course I've given them a taste of their own medicine with my last payment. I called every 30 minutes to see if the payment had posted to my account yet. I did this from the time they opened until they closed. Let's see if the calls begin again since my payment is due this Saturday. I've decided to wait until at least Monday to make my payment. At that time I will be taking my car to the service department that told me nothing was wrong with it. I will hand them the keys along with a detailed list of what's wrong with it based on an inspection done by a local garage. Lets see if it's still normal for my car to die at every stop light and shake everytime I hit the gas. Of course there's many other things on that list that are supposed to be covered under the warranty that seem to "check out fine" when JDByrider's mechanics have the car. And to all you consumers out there............... STAY CLEAR OF JD BYRIDER WHEN YOUR LOOKING FOR A CAR!
