I got a loan from jd byrider for a piece of crap 2006 pickup ford ranger with over a hundred and ten thousand miles on it when i purchased it. I had no other choice at the time but to purchase this vehicle at 20% interest rate so the total cost to me is over 12000 dollars. I know it was stupid but nobody would lend me a nickle because I owe child support which I pay on a regular basis. I am not a dead beat dad. I worked hard up until last year when I sustained an injury that left my right hand crippled and could not work at my normal job as a cardiovascular surgical technologist.

I have worked hard trying to make sure they get their payments on time and in full. recently I could not make a full payment because I only had 150 dollars of my 193 dollar payment. today I was called and told that they wanted their 43 dollars but because I always paid a little extra I only need to come up with an additional 33 dollars. I stated that I only have 15 dollars left to my name and if they would like that I will bring it to them. That was not good enough for them they asked me to beg friends and relatives for 33 dollars. I asked them if I could add the 33 dollar payment to my next car payment because I started a new job doing maintenance for a real estate co. and I get paid next  friday.

NO we dont feel that is acceptable was the reply. I get at least 3 or 4 phone calls a week reminding me when my car payment is due like I dont know how to read a calendar. If you add up all the phone calls and I am not exagerating on the amount of harrasing phone calls from CNAC/JDBYRIDER. Do the math 3 times a week for 52 weeks is 106 phone calls per year. Seems a little excessive doesnt it. I would never in this life time or the next recommend purchasing a car from jd byrider unless you like to be harrased and told to beg for 33 dollars when times get tough. When I was a little better off a few months ago I purchased an electric wheel chair for an injured veteran that could not afford his own and never expected anything in return, I was happy to do that for a fellow disabled veteran.

I am appauled that these companies like JD BYRIDER are so worried about 33 dollars that they threaten to repo my truck over 33 dollars. I pray for them and the way they abuse people. People that are less fortunate and are all ready struggling to make ends meet, take my advise and ride a bike or walk if you have to before dealing with CNAC/JDBYRIDER. I walked over seven miles to work and seven miles home before I purchased this truck and thought it was a blessing in the beginning but it was to me like making a deal with the devil. Corporate america is so shameless that they will repo a disabled veterans car for 33 dollars. After making over 8000 dollars in payments already. Makes me feel sick. Thanks for reading.

You are with them for one reason and one reason only.  You have not proven you can handle credit, and the reason does not matter.  As such you are considred a higher risk and higher risk means higher rates and stricter terms.

Since you are with a SUB-PRIME Lender, as such you are going to be treated like a SUB-PRIME Borrower.  Yes, this means you are going to get call reminding you of your payment.  This means that yes if you don't make your full payment they will be calling asking for the remaining amount.  The reason..they have probably heard every excuse in the book and a majority of those excuses are 100% pure BS, and they know it.  So even if you are being 100% truthful they are not going to take the time to try and cut through the BS reasons or not.

They don't care if you bought 1 or 1000 Electric Wheel Chairs, because that doesn't give you any "gold stars" in their mind.  All they want is their money.  You can say what ever you want..but that has nothing to do with the legal agreement you made with them.

As for them reposessing it over $33..guess what they(and just about EVERY other company) will reposess it if you owed even $1.  Some may do it after a few days, some may do it after a couple of months, but in the end it will get reposessed.

Do the math 3 times a week for 52 weeks is 106 phone calls per year.

- It is?  What planet are you on?  Because on Earth 3 times a week for 52 weeks is 156.
