JD Marvel catalogue comes to me on a regular bases. I have ordered from them only once before, everything was ok. This time my order was sent Dec. 7th 2002, my cheque was cashed on Dec. 16th 2002.

It is now Feb.24th 2003 and I have received nothing. No explanation of back order situation or recognition of where my order is. They gave me a window of time ( in their ad ) of 3 to 5 weeks for delivery. Shortly- it will be 3 months.

I have never experienced anything like this before so I feel vulnerable and rather shocked and confused about what is happening.

Thank you for any help or suggestions you may have.

After you have filed a Rip-off report (so the authorities are aware of how extensive this problem really is),write to: Aaron Getty Consumer Assistant State of New York Office of the Attorney General 70 Clinton Street Plattsburgh, New York 12901 tel (518) 562-3282 fax (518)562-3294 Send them copies of your Rip-off Report and a print out of the search results page with the hundreds of complaints! ..over 600!
